Unison is located in the Historical town of Melaka. Well known as an international tourist destination with many historical attractions. Melaka is also known for its unique culture and food. Melaka is strategically located in Malaysia for international trade with Singapore to the South, Air and Sea ports to the North just hour away.
Our corporate office and purposed built manufacturing facility is where we call Home. We are passionate about creating highest quality products to enrich the Health and Wellbeing of People

Our production GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing site consists of clean room climate-controlled manufacturing, quality control laboratory, warehouse and distribution facility, and administration office.
The manufacturing plant is built to meet current Good Manufacturing Practice (PIC/s cGMP) standards. All manufacturing equipments are selected and maintained to stringent GMP protocol, to ensure all products are made to meet exact standards as required under cGMP.
Beginning from the starting material to finished products, every aspect of our production is monitored and qualified to cGMP.

Quality Assurance Program
Quality Assurance function covers all matters which individually and collectively influence the quality of a product.
This includes compliance to cGMP and MS ISO 17025:2017 standards, certification of production batch in compliance with specifications and other regulations relevant to the production, quality control and release of manufactured products.
Self-inspection program is also implemented for effectiveness in application of our Quality Assurance system.

Our Quality Control Laboratory is certified to MS ISO 17025:2017. The Laboratory is an independent department, responsible for ensuring that the starting materials, intermediate and finished products meet the established standards of safety, efficacy and quality. The principal activities of the lab include setting of specifications, establishing analytical protocols, sampling, testing of materials and products.
An extension of our laboratory is the product Stability Management Program. We have a suite of stability chambers to cater for in-house stability program as per ICH Guideline.

We have the expertise and facility to make and pack products dose in tablets, capsules, softgel capsules, powder into bottles, jars, blister, sachets and boxes. We can blend, mix and bottle liquid products into bottles.
Finished product are boxed, shrink wrapped and shipped in packing configuration that meets the requirement of our customers for ease of distribution.

Our warehousing facility is designed to ensure that all starting materials and finished products are stored at optimum condition.
Our environment-controlled storage area is temperature, humidity monitored and controlled. We have cold and cool room storages to ensure any temperature-sensitive products, for example probiotics, are stored at optimum condition to ensure long term viability of the products.
